There's a reason why Loren Jewelers are rated so highly! Not only do they create unbelievably elegant jewelry, but they are kind, understanding, giving, knowledgeable and downright awesome for customer service! I brought a ring in to be fixed, not having any idea what the charge would be. I was shocked when (I think it was) Mark quoted me such a reasonable price! He also repaired it while I waited. There are so many businesses these days that want to take advantage of people, it's such a pleasure to deal with someone who is honest and efficient! Go there! You won't be disappointed!

My wife lost her diamond pendant and chain but fortunately it was insured. I chose Mark Loren Designs to replace it and I’m so glad I did! They did a beautiful job of duplicating the original and completed it much sooner than expected. Our only issue was we weren’t really happy with the chain they put on it and they replaced it with one we chose with no questions asked. They also handled the processing of the insurance claim for us! While waiting for the new pendant to be completed I took my wife’s engagement ring in to be repaired. It had two broken prongs which they replaced for much less than I had been quoted by other jewelers and it was ready the next day! They also tightened the prongs on a ring my father had given me at no charge! I would recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone that is looking for a unique piece of jewelry or in need of repairs at a fair price! A special thanks to Cameron and Kim who we had the pleasure of working with.

Anytime I’m unsure of what to get my wife, I come here. The team will identify exactly what my wife needs and it never disappoints. The jewelry is beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a designer in fort myers

My wife and I stopped in at Mark Loren Designs today (2/27/25). I had an issue with closing the back plate on my wrist watch and my wife had concerns about her wedding ring and whether the diamond's prongs were secure. My wife also had some questions about her deceased mother's ring that my wife now wears daily. We were greeted by store associate and consultant, Kim. Kim could not have been more helpful, pleasant and informative. She went above and beyond in assisting and addressing our questions and concerns. I would strongly recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone looking for a first-class and reputable jeweler. Kim is a definite asset to this business and so wonderful to converse with. I might add that while browsing the store my wife and I observed very unique pieces of jewelry - more unique than most other jewelry stores we have frequented. It is clear that Mark Loren has a particular talent, skill and mastery for distinctive jewelry and special items. Great store. They offer beautiful and unique jewelry items and have sincere and welcoming employees that go out of their way to assist. Thanks to Mark Loren Designs and to Kim for a truly wonderful experience.

When looking for the perfect ring to upgrade we knew exactly where to go…Mark not only is the best jeweler with the most exquisite pieces in town he also has a heart for his community and we love working with him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Loren Designs in Fort Myers! My grandson Nicholas needed a new battery for his watch, and not only did they replace it for free, but they also gave him a one-year warranty on the battery—such an unexpected and generous gesture! While we were there, I had my rings professionally cleaned at no charge, and the jeweler took the time to check the prongs to make sure everything was secure. We received outstanding customer service from start to finish—warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The shop itself is absolutely beautiful, and we were so impressed by the unique and stunning creations of Mark Loren. What a treat it was to visit! My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmother's. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40's. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmother's ring. This design is based on her grandmother's ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmother's ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.

I purchased a toe ring several weeks ago. The design is amazing. Very high quality with an incredible design to stay on but also with easy removal. After wearing it I felt it was just a little too big because it spun. I went back to the store and left with a better fit without any hassle what so ever. It’s nice to know that good jewelers still exist and care about customer satisfaction. Thanks Cameron I will recommend you to everyone!!

I was genuinely impressed by the staff at this jewelry store. I came to them with a problem—my only pair of glasses had broken nose pad holders. I didn’t have the money to buy new ones. I was very angry and stressed about the situation. I had no nerves left and very little money. But they repaired my glasses and didn’t even charge me a cent. I’m amazed. It’s unbelievable!

Mark Loren Designs is the absolute best. They are friendly, trustworthy, creative, outside the box, and so accomodating. They have everything you’re looking for in a custom jewelry design team, and I could not possibly have had a better experience working with Crissy. I can’t say enough nice things about them. If you are looking for a jewelry designer/broker, I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed with Mark Loren Designs.
